• DVLaw acted as Greek legal counsel to the advisor BETA SECURITIES in respect to a 7-year 6,5 mio euros bond loan issued by Delta Techniki S.A. that was admitted for listing on the Alternative Market of the Athens Stock Exchange. The bond loan was issued to finance, inter alia, the issuer’s renewable projects of a capacity of more than 90 MW. Our firm conducted full legal due diligence of the issuer and its group (consisting of 16 subsidiaries), including, inter alia, the documentation for the financing of a wind farm of a capacity of 12MW and assisted in the drafting of the information document for the listing.
